Terms and Conditions - Kellogg’s® Nutri-Grain® Mini Speaker 1 in 3 Promotion

  1. There will be a total of at least 1,200,000 specially marked Kellogg’s Nutri-Grain 600g, and 805g cereal packs, Kellogg’s Nutri-Grain Original 180g bar packs, Kellogg’s Nutri-Grain 180g Choc Malt bar packs, and Kellogg’s Nutri-Grain 180g Honeycomb bar packs distributed throughout Australia and New Zealand during the promotional period. To participate, purchase one or more of these promotional packs. Not all packs available in New Zealand.

  2. Promotion is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand. Promotion commences 30/03/07 and closes 15/06/07 or until stocks are exhausted, whichever comes first.

  3. Purchase a participating cereal or bar pack during the promotional period and simply look inside the pack to see if you have won a Mini Speaker.

  4. There are a total of at least 400,000 Mini Speaker prizes to be won valued at AUD$0.79 each. The total prize pool is valued at AUD$316,000.

  5. Each cereal and bar pack has at least 1 in 3 chance of winning a Mini Speaker.

  6. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

  7. In Australia only and to the extent permitted by law, Kellogg’s liability in relation to this promotion and/or any of the prizes is limited to the cost of replacement of any prize won.

Kellogg’s® Nutri-Grain® Mini Speaker Redemption Offer

  1. Offer is open to all residents of Australia and New Zealand. Employees and their immediate families of Kellogg (Aust) Pty Ltd and its associated parties are ineligible to accept the offer. “Associated Parties” include without limitation, the agents and contractors of Kellogg that are involved in: (a) the offer (including without limitation its development and conduct); and (b) the manufacture or distribution (up to the retailers) of Kellogg’s products (including without limitation the manufacture of packaging). By accepting this offer you represent that you are eligible to accept the offer.

  2. Offer commences 30/03/07 and closes last mail received 15/06/07. Tokens and order forms received after this date will not be accepted.

  3. This offer is in addition to, and separate from, the 1 in 3 offer on specially marked packs.

  4. Redemption is via mail. To receive your Mini Speaker, cut out and collect three Mini Speaker tokens from specially marked cereal or bar packs, complete the order form on the pack, include AUD$6.50 postage and handling (for Australian residents) or NZD$10.50 postage and handling (for New Zealand residents) and send to PO Box 255, Eastern Suburbs MC, NSW 2004 (for Australian residents) or PO Box 460, Wellington 6140, NZ (for New Zealand residents.). Not all packs available in New Zealand.

  5. Consumers are responsible for postage and handling costs associated with delivery of their Mini Speaker. This amounts to AUD$6.50 for Australian residents or NZD$10.50 for New Zealand residents. Payment for postage and handling costs may be made by money order or cheque only. Payments must be cleared before orders are fulfilled.  Cash will not be accepted.

  6. Multiple orders will be accepted provided that each order is contained on a separate order form and the correct number of Mini Speaker tokens and postage and handling amounts of AUD$6.50 (NZD$10.50) per Mini Speaker are included. There is a limit of 10 Mini Speakers per household.

  7. Kellogg (Aust.) Pty Ltd will endeavour to deliver the Mini Speaker/s within 28 days of receipt of the completed order form/s, correct P&H amount/s and Mini Speaker tokens. If Mini Speakers are out of stock, Kellogg (Aust.) Pty Ltd will contact the consumer to inform them of expected delivery time.

  8. In Australia only and to the extent permitted by law, Kellogg’s liability in relation to this offer and/or the Mini Speakers is limited to the cost of replacement of the Mini Speaker.

  9. Your personal information will be collected and stored on a database and may be supplied to third parties assisting with this promotion and to determine whether an entrant has breached these terms and conditions. The personal information provided will be used by Kellogg (Aust) Pty Ltd for the purpose of fulfilling Mini Speaker orders. You have the rights of access to and correction of this information.

  10. In Australia only, Kellogg (Aust.) Pty Ltd and its associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for Mini Speakers damaged or lost in transit.
